Indivior Is Granted Temporary Restraining Order

Slough, UK, 15 June 2018 – Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) (“Indivior” or the “Company”) today announced that the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey has granted Indivior a temporary restraining order (TRO) that compels Dr. Reddy’s (DRL) to immediately cease its launch activities related to SUBOXONE® Film.

This TRO will remain in place pending a hearing on the preliminary injunction (PI) motion filed by Indivior this morning. This PI motion will result in a hearing with the District Court where Indivior will seek to extend the cessation of launch activities by DRL pending the outcome of the recently filed litigation against DRL related to the ‘305 patent.

A hearing on the preliminary injunction motion has been scheduled for June 28, 2018.
